Dr. Trettin completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine, and followed with an internship and residency at Tulane University in New Orleans. Fellowships for Dr. Trettin include Orthopaedic Sports Medicine from the University of Missouri, and during that time he served as a team physician for the Kansas City Chiefs National Football Team. Dr. Trettin has served as the Medical Director for Glenwood Sports Care since 1997, and has been the head team physician for University of Louisiana at Monroe since 1994.
